The Betrayal

Second of my PhD films exploring how autoethnographic animation may help process psychological trauma. This film explores my relationship with a psychiatrist who, instead of helping after my ex-husband tried to murder me, prescribed dangerous drugs that contributed to my hand injury. I later successfully sued him. The film uses medicolegal records from that litigation to explore the betrayal of trust.
